Our Mobile Centrifuge Dewatering Units are capable of dewatering municipal sludge to 22% d.s. with a clear centrate from a raw sludge feed of 0.5 – 3% d.s. The throughput range is 5m3 – 25m3 per hour.
Available today for long or short term hire, we can supply the system with fully-trained centrifuge operators. Our staff are highly experienced and totally responsible for the safe and productive operation of the system whilst on your site.
Terra Watch Mobile Centrifuge Dewatering Units have proven very successful in Dewatering both Alum and Ferric sludges from water treatment works.
Alum sludges have been dewatered to 24% d.s., while Ferric sludges have produced cake as high as 30% d.s. with very clear centrate.
